Unfortunately they loaded my bookshelf on a dolly at an agle that put pressure on the edges and the bookcase broke.

2 guys arrived & came in our home. Immediately I could smell pot. One guy came in slippers & the other guy said he needed to take a break after 15 minutes & asked for a bottle of water because he was dizzy. I helped carry in multiple items. Neither seemed to be overly motivated. The one guy started smoking a cigarette (which I totally despise). I actually kept them going or it would’ve taken much longer.
The job got done but I can’t say we were impressed.

Mover's response:

I would like to thank you for taking your time to leave it there if you. I appreciate any and all feedback! I also would like to apologize for any and all inconvenience. I do allow my teams to take breaks around every island every hour to relieve themselves or have a cigarette inside their vehicle or near it as well as frequently take breaks for water. This is a very strenuous job. It's very important that we say hydrated. I know in the colder months it is hard to get into the grove of things until you get warmed up. As far as the slippers are concerned, I have seen those shoes before and those are the the snook shoes which I do allow. I do want my teams to be comfortable as possible. Boots or actual shoes are preferred. As far as the cannabis consumption, I will have a talk with the team. I cannot control what they do in their own personal time but it is friend upon to be under the influence of anything while on a job and I will make sure I have a talking to the team about your above concerns. And again I appreciate all your feedback and I hope you guys have a great day!
