We were disappointed with the service received today. We hired two men for two hours to help us unload a cargo van.They came about 15 minutes into the booked "window" but that was ok because we were expecting them at any time within that hour. They got to work right away but were just throwing the containers and boxes onto the ground without concern for what was in them or if anything required better care. We asked that items be brought up one flight of stairs, which is included in the service. The workers gave us attitude about that and made comments about how heavy the bins were-some of them were heavy as they contained kitchen appliances or laundry detergent but that was the reason we paid for help with carrying them.

Two hours was the minimum and although we knew we didn't have too many items we were still happy to pay for the help. They finished unloading everything after about 30 minutes. We asked for help with moving some other things since we had paid for the time but they said they couldn't do that. They wrote down they showed up exactly on time, which again I understand the booked time is an estimate and we already paid for two hours which was more than necessary, but still they did come 15 minutes into that so just be honest.

I'm happy they were efficient but overall was not satisfied with the level of service they provided and would look at other providers next time.

The work order stated that you needed help "lifting things out of the van amd into the garage and maybe mounting a TV if there's time". We did move your items onto the first floor instead of the garage because it didn't really matter to us where it was going. The arrival window was 5-6 with a two hour minimum. We arrived at 5:06 per my phone. Finished at 5:45. You asked if you could get a refund on the unused time but it clearly states 2 hour minimum on the paperwork, website, etc. You asked us to mount the TV on the wall. That is not something we do. We do not drill holes in to walls. We said we would help lift the TV to mount it but per liability reasons (and the fact that it was a rental) we did not as we were there to move furniture. Your husband then dismissed us. Considering we move safes amd pianos your bins weren't heavy at all amd we certainly do not "throw" customers items around. If things are thrown around without any concern then there would be damage. This review does not reflect the integrity of me or my company after 30 years of being in the industry.

These guys are the best!! Unloaded our things with care. Very friendly, and really recommended some wonderful things to see and do in our area!! We recommend them to anyone moving in Idaho!!

These guys were so awesome! They got everything out of the 20 ft truck and into the garage in under two hours. And they helped my husband carry in the heavy things into the house. They even helped him bring the washer and dryer into the house that we had delivered that afternoon. So so so kind! I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving in the area!

They were not eager to move all the large items. They suggested we move all the small items first, then if larger items fit, move them. We left the apartment complex at 4:29, they said they got lost and then just showed up at 5:28. We were already done unloading at that time. We should not be charged for any additional time as they did not help any after leaving the complex, nor did they call any of us to get directions. It’s a 20 min or less drive.
