These two men were on time, they had what they needed for the job (unloading a very full SAM container). They worked hard, were careful with our items and put them where we wanted them. I complimented them on their work ethic. I recommend them and would call on them again.

On Friday April 22nd, 2016 our "Movers" show up at about noon, Quinton is about 5' 6" and 130 Lbs, and Matt is about 5'8" and about 175 Lbs. I can definitely smell marijuana on them and should have sent them away at this point, but I know people are just trying to make a living so I decided to give them a shot. I needed them for the heavy stuff (couch, treadmill, washer and dryer etc.) and couldn't do it by myself. While moving our treadmill they broke one of the leg moldings, then ran it across our wall creating a gash about a 1/8 inch deep and 3 feet long. Then while carrying it down our stairs created more gashes and scraped the paint in several areas. The next thing they did was move our washing machine and in doing so created a large dent in the side of it (we received this for Christmas 2015). I should have listened to my gut feeling, we paid $283.60 and they did hundreds of dollars in damage to our property (I have photos). The reason it took me a couple of days to contact you is because we still had items in our house and the last thing Quinton said to me was "I can't afford another bad review, we'll loose our jobs" so I didn't trust that he wouldn't seek revenge. I don't know how you qualify your workers, but I think these two slipped through the cracks. I would like a full refund and for damages to be paid for.

From the start we had a very good experience. They called the night before and arranged the time that would work best for us. They called in the morning to confirm and showed up on time and got right to work. Very careful with our belongings and went above and beyond to get the job done. Would use them again without a doubt.

Quinton and his helper Matthew arrived on time and were very friendly. They began loading immediately and I was amazed at how quickly they were loading our 15 foot U-Haul. In less than 1 hour I was told the truck was full even though they had only loaded 3/4 of our possessions. I thought I rented the wrong size truck. We were moving a 1-bedroom apartment and a 15-foot truck is supposed to be big enough for up to a 2-bedroom apartment. We drove the 30 miles to the new place and once we removed the end row of neatly stacked boxes, we quickly realized how they were able to load so fast and why we were going to have to make a second trip. They had one small bookcase in the attic space and the rest was empty. All the other items they loaded were tossed in haphazardly without any care for the contents or the wasted space. Had they taken the time to do it with thought and care, we would not have had an additional 60-mile round trip to load the remainder of our things. We would have finished in the daylight hours and not been forced to unload at 830pm. On top of the wasted space, they tossed a heavy box into the drawer area of a dresser, breaking the bottom so the dresser is now beyond repair. Only one of the drawers made it into the truck with another heavy box thrown on top. They pushed the mattress into the truck, up against the sofa legs, ripping a hole in the mattress top. Had the legs been on the floor, the mattress would be fine and they would have had the room needed for the rest of our things. If you hire these two, oversee the loading of the truck. The help loading was great but the extra work, time and additional cost for another day’s truck rental, has made for a very unhappy customer. Personally I would not use them again or recommend them. I would still use Hire a Helper, but not these guys.

Quincy and his team were excellent thoughtful and careful. Quincy has excellent communication skills, Prompt and courteous. they thought about placement and unpacking so the unpacking job will be much easier for me. They were fast and yet very careful I would highly recommend them. And I definitely will use them again.
