Alex and Joseph did a very good job. A bit late arriving but stayed and got the job done, very easy to work with, worked hard. They were careful with all of our stuff.

I was able to book them same day, which was a life saver! They showed up within the hour window they had given me, which was great. They were able to load my belongings from my 3rd walk up to my truck in under 2 hours. I was thrilled. Very nice guys. However, when I unloaded my goods, I noticed that the guys neglected to use the furniture pads that were provided for most of my things, and many of my pieces were scratched or damaged. It was such a dissapointment. I wish I could write a raving review, but if you use them, just ask them to be careful. I now have to replace, and repair a few pieces of furniture.

These guys were wonderful! We had to adjust the moving time because of some issue with our truck and these guys were very flexible and understanding. They came in as promised and quickly moved all the items. They were very careful with the items. I would recommend these guys if you are looking for a no-hassle and tension-free move.

They were very friendly and worked hard to get the move completed within the time frame. They were going to be a bit late but I was informed ahead of time and so the move was completed without any additional glitches. They even came back to return the locker keys that we left out while moving our lockers. Definitely will use them again.

I had a difficult job of trying to move some sofas into my basement. There are two very tight turns to get a sofa down there. The two gentlemen from Cloud that helped make this happen were friendly and persistent as the job was not easy by any means. The only reason that I cannot give the highest rating is that there was some resulting damage to to sofa (albeit minor) and to a wall. This I attribute to lack of experience on their part. But again, I want to emphasize, this was a challenging assignment.
I would hire Cloud movers again for any project where I have to move heavy or bulky items in or out of my house. They did a good job. They were on time. I recommend them.
