Pre-job commnication was a bit lacking, but they were very courteous, careful and efficient. Reasonably priced. With better communication they would be 5 star service provider.

Alex and Jordan did a great job loading our truck. We drove from Chicago to New Orleans and everything stayed in place and nothing was damaged. They showed up on time and got the job done very quickly. They were also very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

The two guys were really nice and polite, which makes it a bummer to have to honestly rate the overall experience so low.
They were 2 hours late (were supposed to arrive by 6pm but didn't until about 8pm).
It was their 3rd move of the day so they were (understandably) incredibly exhausted and had not eaten dinner. Since all they'd eaten was leftover pizza from an earlier move, and by the time they arrived hardly anyone was still delivering sandwiches to my area, the only one I found ended up costing me $50 for 4 sandwiches and 4 bottles of water (half for my bf and I, the other half for them).
They were working pretty hard but again were so exhausted that they were physically forced to take many breaks and could only do so much (I blame the whoever's responsible for booking these men for 3 moves in a single day and not making sure they were properly fed and hydrated along the way, more than I blame the two of them).
Because they were so exhausted and late, both my boyfriend and I had to do a great deal of work, which is not what we paid to have to do.
I also now have a broken, non-repairable desk because one of them did not tape the drawers shut before moving it, so when unloading it from the truck at my new place, both drawers flew out, one of them shattering and all of my belongings inside flying everywhere into the alley (more damaged belongings).
Probably needless to say at this point, but I will definitely NOT be using HireAHelper nor Cloud Movers to help me move again. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had out of the 15 moves I've been through in my life.
Again, it saddens me to have to leave such a negative review because there were indeed really nice guys and I wish them well. I mostly blame the moving company and HireAHelper for the awful experience.

The movers did a good job carrying my things down three flights of narrow stairs. They were pleasant and polite, and finished in 1.5 hours. Several pieces of furniture did arrive at the final destination with some serious scratches however.
I did have a problem with their manager Alex. I requested to postpone the start time by 2 hours if they were able to, and was told that they could do this (which I was very thankful for!). At the time, I was under the impression that the movers were working at another site.
But after the move, I was told they wanted to bill me for 4 hours total! I think this was very dishonest as I was not informed of any potential charges for pushing the time back, and on top of that they tried to charge an extra 30 minutes.
I greatly appreciate their flexibility in moving the start time and efficiency during the move, but have to dock 2 stars for the dishonesty.
