They were as advertised - two people, no equipment. They moved fast, worked hard, and were friendly. I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they could have been a little more careful with my things.

They did awful. They cursed throughout the service, I was embarrassed in front of our neighbors. They damaged our living room and bedroom furniture. They were super unorganized. Two of them were late. We would NOT recommend them to anyone and will not use this service again.

I loved them! The only thing I didn't like was that I was asked to help move something. But it wasn't something big. They asked if I could grab pillows for them.

They arrived on time and were very efficient and professional. They brought dollys specific to furniture and loaded the truck specifically for our 1500 mile trip.

I had to move on the 31st, so I expected delays. They kept in touch with me about the delay in the morning and previous days. They worked quickly and efficiently and there was minimal damage to my furniture. I'm quite satisfied with their work!

They arrived 2 hours late. I had to help the movers in lifting, loading, and unloading as they had come late and I had to return my u-haul truck. The movers did not use dollies effectively.

Very hard workers, but almost arrived late (end of the hour range) after providing notice that they might be able to arrive early.
There was some property damage (cracked window pane) when moving a particularly difficult couch.
