The movers were great! They were on time, very respectful and they worked so hard. It was very hot that day and the apartment was on the third floor, no elevator. They were very professional and had a great attitude. I would defined recommend them!!

It was a wild move! The house sold in 3 weeks and the closing date was changed. I had made arrangements with HireAHelper, but had to call to change it to a Monday on Memorial Day Weekend. There appeared to be a "glitch" in the confirmation of the new date & I wasn't sure I even had someone to help me unload a 26' truck at a storage unit. I called & emailed everyone in a panic. But everyone came through, even trying to help me hire someone else if there was a problem. Charlene called & said we "have you covered", don't worry. On Memorial Day, without a real confirmation, I drove to the storage unit anyway. I got a call from two wonderful young men that they are on their way to meet me. They arrived soon after I did. It was a very hot day, but Daniel and Rodney worked very hard to place everything where I needed it. Some things were going to be moved sooner than later.I even had to get a smaller unit (someone was actually there that day) for the overage. While they tried to pack everything in the order i needed, they made sure I could get to everything and that all was secure. Daniel & Rodney were patient, courteous, and never rushed me through the logistics of the storage. I gladly recommend HireAHelper and will use them when I move again in a few weeks, especially if I know they are coming.

They was 3hrs late and one of the guys wasn't prepared and not used to being a mover. If I didn't help the job would have not gotten done. They should have PAID me for helping.

They were about an hour and a half late. We decided to start unloading our truck, and unloaded more than half of the truck ourselves. They had some trouble getting my furniture and bed up stairs and my dad and husband had to help. They were not prepared for moving. No 2 wheelers, and 1 strap to move heavy furniture. While they were very nice people and did their best, it was not what I expected to get for a moving service for the price I paid.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
