This was my first experience with using a moving company and I have to say that there is a 100% chance that I'd use the guys at Silverback again.
They made everything so much easier on what is normally a very stressful time.
They were careful and conscientious and worked with us to get in and out quickly.

So while moving my things off the truck, the workers let my dresser mirror fall, which then shattered. I did contact Noah, the owner first before writing this review, have never heard back from him and it has been over 2 weeks. I don't believe they are willing to take any responsibility for the breaking of my mirror.

The gentleman actually followed up with phone calls, asked if any special equipment would be needs and showed up early ! I was impressed with their work ethic, I have used a couple of companies in the past recommended by UHaul and I was to say the very least hesitant to use anyone recommended by such companies. Well, when Penske recommended this company and told me they do not utilize any companies if they didn't
meet or exceed their standards I decided to give it one last chance.
I would highly recommend Silverback as I was totally impressed with the professionalism and commitment to a high standard. I was also impressed with the ability to pack a truck. Great job. Thank you !!
