They worked hard but were not very careful to protect items from scratches. I had rented blankets which they didn't use. At the end I started asking that they use the blankets when I could see that items would be damaged rubbing against each other or the floor of the truck. I even paid for extra time to make sure they took the time to do the work right. Some minor damage but mostly OK.

The worst experience ever!!! Very rude and unprofessional. Excepted a time slot that they couldn’t make and instead of being honest, they just kept telling me they were 15 mins out. After 2 1/2 hours we loaded the truck ourselves and left the location, they never showed up and as we were leaving I got. Call saying they were almost Arriving. When I told him we were done he hung up on me.

I hired these guys to help my wife load our pod while I was out of town working. Almost every piece of our furniture has been damaged. They did not protect our wooden furniture with any blankets and they threw tools and having metal tools & items right next to you our furniture causing even more damage. It's all ruined. I do NOT recommend these movers. I even asked the gentleman when he called the night before to be sure and use moving blankets.

Movers were friendly and hard working, but made MAJOR scratches in various places on my hardwood floors and did not tell me. I now am trying to file a claim for repair.

There were 3 guys who came to help unload our POD. They were so incredibly efficient and professional. They were done unloading our pod in less than an hour. I definitely recommend this service..
