I specifically requested 3 men for a 26’ truck unload and indicated heavy items. I had my own dollies.
Two men and a woman showed up and the woman barely carried anything. My 62 year old mom was carrying heavier things. They took a bit longer than the 2 hours but requested that I close the job through hire a helper and pay them cash for the remaining time.
They were nice and I feel bad leaving a poor review but I didn’t really get what I paid for.
