the loading of the merchandise took longer than expected. Also, when I went to unload there was some damage to a couple pieces of furniture. I will say the owner is attentive to this issue and is working with me to remedy the issue. I believe this was an isolated situation and with the owner stepping in, I feel they are a service provider to use in the future.
