I wanted to give Devin and his additional helper a glowing review but there was an issue which prevented that. A one hour window of arrival was given and they arrived 20 minutes late. So my son and I started taking some boxes off the u-haul. When they arrived they got to work immediately. They were respectful of our possessions but I was with them the entire process. I paid for two hours and they worked just shy of one hour. Normally I would tip a mover but I thought getting paid for two, but working one hour would be fine. When they left I received a call from HireAHelper, (which by the way was a great middle man). It seems WNY was charging me an additional $30.00 for "FOUR" flights of steps. There was one flight broken up into THREE smaller sections. I wasn't going to fight it for the additional $30.00 but probably should have because that was complete BS. They assessed the situation before moving the first box and didn't say one word about an additional charge, and that's when they should have. In my lifetime I would have been thrilled to be paid for two hours when only working one! Sorry they felt slighted, and bad business because I will think twice before calling them. The ONLY thing they could say in response is "sorry we charged the additional $30.00"

They got the equipment moving job done quickly and we would use them again. Although, I would recommend that they wear back braces and utilize nylon lifting straps for their safety.

They were late to arrive, due to being unfamiliar with the area. After arriving, they did a great job and adapted well to "on the fly" changes to the plan. Courteous and respectful.

Our workers telephoned 30 minutes before arrival. They arrived ready to work and expedited the job. Both of them were capable, quick, and knew how to protect the furniture that they moved. Our move involved two trips of loading a pick-up truck then unloading it at a location 15 minutes away. We were able to accomplish two trips in 1-3/4 hours. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

RUN! They were 2 HOURS late. They were not respectful of my belongings or the home that I was moving out of. I really stressed and mentioned first that I need both my washer and dryer moved that day. Instead, the washer was one of the last items loaded and they did not load the dryer! WTF. NOW, I'm sitting at the laundry mat wasting money. At the very least they should of put the washing machine back how they found it. The "helpers" did not even put all the furniture where I directed. My couch is still on the ground with no leg. I finally found all of the legs (on separate floors btw). One of the beds pieces were just scattered in the room. I asked that none of the boxes to going to the basement not be placed on the floor. I found every single box stacked on the wet basement floor AND blocking the spot where the washer and dryer are to go.
