Devin and Kalil did great work. They let us know they were on the way, they sized up the job, and loaded our PODS container carefully. They wrapped furniture and took good care of our possessions. I would use these guys again, without hesitation.

They did a great job when they got here, but unfortunately I rented a U-Haul and they were 2 1/2 hours late so that cost me more money. They never told me they had another job in the morning they’re supposed to be here between eight and nine, otherwise they were very respectful they did a great job and I would hire them again

The movers’ job was to move furniture and boxes out of a POD storage container and into my new home. The job request also explicitly stated I’d like the furniture assembled. They did a fine job moving the furniture: nothing scratched or broken as far as I can tell. But over half the boxes were not moved to the correct location in my house, though each box was clearly marked with its intended destination. This is pretty frustrating when you have two young kids and are scrambling to find supplies or clothes, only to finally locate them in the office instead of their bedrooms like was indicated on the box. The movers even asked me where I’d like certain items, only to move them to a place that was not where I had asked (eg. Putting something in the master bedroom that belongs in the basement). There were also about 10 or so boxes that they just left in the garage despite me explicitly asking for those boxes to be moved in the house.
Finally, when it came time to assemble the furniture, which was a key component of the job, they asked me for a drill and tools. I’m not sure if this was an honest miscommunication or what, but my tools were inaccessible due to having just moved across the country. (I’ve moved a lot, and I’ve never had movers not bring tools— I kinda thought that’s part of hiring movers?) So the furniture did not get assembled.
Given that I ended up moving over half of the boxes myself, and assembling the furniture, I feel I did not really get my money’s worth. I paid $350 for this job and it didn’t really seem like the movers cared enough to do it properly, which is frustrating. It was a two-hour-minimum job, so part of me wonders if they weren’t just trying to do it as fast as possible.

AMAZING!! I've made over seven moves across the years, and this company has the absolute best loaders and movers EVER!! I would leave them 10 Stars out of 5 if I could!
They were easily booked online, and better yet, the time slot wound up letting them come early; they called to make sure that was okay, and it worked out best for both of us. They were prompt, professional, and super friendly. We were able to communicate incredibly well, both before and during all of the loading process, and they loaded everything with incredible efficiency. They were also the best Packing Tetris Masters I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We were able to fit everything inside my moving container comfortably with room to spare, and since we knew I had another container coming, we were able to plan ahead to make sure everything would be properly balanced in it. And it goes without saying, but all of my items were handled with care.
No matter your type of move or loading/unloading needs, seriously, these guys are the absolute best. Thank you so much!!
