* C and C Moving scheduled back to back appointments and did not provide the two hour buffer overage time as specified by Hire a Helper.
* The men did not bring hunk straps nor did they bring a two wheeler which is to be provided without cost on the Hire a Helper site.
* The two men worked very hard to complete the move within the requested 2 hours. Often one man would carry a load that two men should have carried placing the furniture at risk. The furniture picked up lots of dings.
* The washing machine was dropped twice on its back while moving the machine over a 6" step with a two-wheeler supplied by us. One man pulled and another pushed the machine over the step and it appeared that the man pushing lifted the machine off the two-wheeler. They said the two-wheeler bent but there is no evidence of bending. Dropping the machine on the floor broke one of the water inlet solenoid valves making the washer unusable. I replaced the valves using a part ordered online for $70.81. C and C Moving agreed to pay for the valve but repeatedly stalled when I requested a check. It has now been two months since sending the receipt without receiving payment.
