Absolutely horrible! We got all the way to Colorado from SC and the movers we hire here discover this trash company didnt even use the moving blankets we bought OR the ratchet straps they requested we go buy! Not only that, when I call your customer service I get a rude agent with a snappy attitude who keeps me on hold for over 20 minutes with no check back. We WILL be filing a claim for all of our damages and you can bet everyone we know will NEVER trust your name again!

The guys did a pretty good job, but I felt a bit pressured to let them come earlier than scheduled. This wouldn't have been a problem if this was a local move, but I was driving from out of state. I would advise that if you're unable to accommodate after a certain time frame to let the customers know upfront so other arrangements can be made. Other than that, they were super fast and careful with my items. I would recommend them as a good option for helping out with moving. Thanks!
