The team was great! I was worried about booking enough time, but the team was so efficient that they completed it in half the allotted time, and faster than the loading team did it in. Matthew and Josiah were a great team.

They did not pack well had to redo everything plus they kept complaining of muscle cramps. My husband ended up helping move things with one of the other guys. They did not bring Dollie’s or straps to help them move. Very unprepared and showed up late.
Tried calling to get a credit and refund and the company would not assist.
