They cancelled last minute. Scheduled movers to unload a moving trailer. An hour before our appointment time we got a call saying our helpers had to cancel because they had car trouble. The person on the phone said they were trying to find a replacement, but there was only one person "maybe'" available, and the cost would be more than originally quoted (for 2 people). So we cancelled and ended up doing the unloading ourselves. Not an ideal situation whatsoever.
We had hired a Hire-A-Helper on the starting end/city of our move, and they showed up and did a fantastic job of loading our truck, but "Guy's All About Moving" didn't come through for us.
