The movers were amazing. They did a great job. However, when it came time to pay them, instead of calling Hireahelper to verify the job, they called another company that hires them out. I did not realize they did this, so when the man on the phone asked for my card number, I gave it because Ithought Iwas on the phone with Hireahelper. I had just gone through the same process with loading two days earlier and had no issues.

As a result, I paid for their services twice. I talked to the owner James about the double payment. He promised to write me a check to reimburse me for one of the payments. Two weeks later, I still haven't been reimbursed and the owner is not responding to my follow up on the check.

So I'm out $300+ and will never use these services again.

One worker showed up at 10am, as the other showed up at 10:30am. We’re very respectful but showed up not prepared with tools. Which I believed would have caused a delay in service. Having to have paid another $100.

Charles Anderson and Stephen Murillo were our moving labor help for unloading our 26 foot Uhaul. They arrived promptly and were very polite and accommodating.
From the beginning they listened to our concerns and requests and acted in harmony with our needs.
These fine gentleman were fantastic. They worked efficiently and carefully made us feel that they were happy to do so. They are true moving professionals. We would recommend Excellent Movers to any and all.
