My bedroom suite was cracked, scratched up. My front room furniture has a hole in it and stained. My table has been cracked and broken. Dining room seat legs are falling off. Utter mess! Seeking damages as we speak.

Mover's response:

Before loading pod I stressed we wrap all furniture to secure it from all the movement, wrapping was declined & blankets provided only covered half of pod. You were aware & wanted furniture loaded as is. However I do apologize you had to experience this. Please call us so we can resolve this.

I’ve moved a lot and this was the best crew I’ve ever had. They came early (!) worked super hard, and finished a HUGE house in an hour and 45 minutes! They really hustled and I was so happy with the service. Thanks guys!

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We refund up to one unused hour over our min..

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
