These guys were great! They were on time, motivated, friendly, and very polite. They brought supplies such as a piano dolly, plastic wrap, and tape. We appreciated that they were conscientious with our furniture and boxes. They worked tirelessly to pack the truck in 100 degree heat for 3 hours, and they were determined to make it all fit in our truck. Thanks so much, guys. I would definitely recommend Cleansville Movers - they arrived on time and fully prepared to help. They were very polite and worked very hard to get everything moved quickly, but with care. They were very aware of the walls and door frames when moving our furniture - several times two of them were maneuvering furniture while another helper guided them through to make sure we had no dings in our walls. Very professional and well worth the money!

Cleansville Movers were excellent!! We were moving into GA from Florida. Just finished driving up and were exhausted plus I had hurt my back so I couldn't help move anything up the 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. With only a few hours notice Cleansville Movers accepted the challenge to come move our stuff from the RV full of luggage and boxes of food into our apartment late at night. We are incredibly appreciative of their help. The employees worked hard and fast in the heat. They are great. Highly recommended!

From my first conversation w/Joel til the end of the job, I was very pleased with his professionalism and great personality. He and his 2 helpers, Marquis & Ricky, did an amazing job maneuvering our large awkward furniture out of the house and into the pods. They were polite and followed instruction well. The only thing I was annoyed with is that at the very beginning of the booking thru HireAHelper, I expressed that I wasn't sure how long it would take. I was told that it would be best to book for 2 hrs and for it to take longer than that than it would be to over book the time frame and it not take that long b/c they will not refund for staying UNDER the allotted time. So when I spoke directly to Cleansville I confirmed that with them.....that they could stay over the 2 hrs for $75 an hr until job is done. I told them I KNEW it would take longer than 2 hrs. So as the job was almost complete Joel kept receiving phone calls about their next job they were late for. So he turned to me saying that they would need to leave at 9:30 finished or not. They arrived at 7 am and it was 9 am when he told me this. They had only been there 2 hrs. I reminded him I was told they could stay there til job was done. He remained professional and courteous and they did everything I asked them to do but his anxiousness about getting to next job made them rush and not as careful with boxes as they had been in the beginning. He had also assured me (at start of job) that the empty space in pods would be packed and filled in with blankets etc which they did not do b/c of their rush. If I had not forewarned them to expect to go over 2 hrs and them assuring me that was fine, none of the above would've bothered me. Overall I did like them, will probably use them again and would recommend them--but would highly advise that as you're booking, make sure they will have plenty of time to finish your job before the next job is scheduled.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Every project requires something different because each customer and client has their own unique labor needs. Once we have an opportunity to speak with customers and clients about their project, we are able to inform them of what is needed from them to assist in achiveing the perfect labor experience.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been serving residents and businesses of Georgia for nearly a decade now. We have had the pleasure of complete a wide range of services. From palletizing at showrooms across Georgia, relocating tenants of multi-family properties undergoing renovations (we have completed 10), staging homes for relators, furniture installation for student housing facilities, lumpering for warehouses, and so much more. We have done it all locally and long distance.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Well. there are two parts that we would consider to be our favorite parts of being Cleansville. One of our favorite parts is having the opportunity to assist people with projects that they could not have completed without our professional help. The other is the opportunity to provide our teams with a beautiful work experience that allows them to care for their families and enjoy their work while doing so.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our teams are provided training in proper lifting, to have and when to use certain equipment, safety training for packing and caring for customer's treasures (furniture and other things near and dear to our customers), how stay focused on the project and stay busy until the project is complete, and customer service training. We train our teams to all be "A One Man Show" at all times. This ensures that every team member is doing their part to the best of their abilities.!
