Raymack and specifically Daniel the owner was very accommodating to a rather unusual set of seemingly ever changing circumstances. He went far beyond the norms of what I consider a declining attitude of the service industry in general. Thankyou Raymack and Daniel specifically for being attentive to our needs and flexible in working with novice movers. FYI- they loaded 4 pods that were staggered and at the last minute packed an afterthought but necessary rental truck. Daniels the MAN !

They were late. Cant remember why. Brought their family member with them as a third helper .. but added more commotion. They did a good job packing the pod. Could have been more careful with the furniture.

I would give them a 4.5 if it were an option. They did an overall great job and they worked hard. My one complaint is that they left a couple of pretty decent size scratches (one was over 12 inches) in one of my hardwood floors and other smaller ones on the front door moving things out.

The crew was so incredibly helpful! It has been a hard time for my husband who has stage 4 cancer with limited time. We even had an extra crew show up to help and they were so careful with our items and even helped to pack last minute items for us. It was a weight off our shoulders and I cannot thank them enough.

I would highly recommend Ray-Mac Contracting! They were on time. It began to rain and they were concerned about my belongings. They helped set up an awning to divert rain until container was loaded. They made sure to carefully pack my items and made the entire process easy for me. They even vacuumed a room for me!! I will be using them to unload my container at my new home!!
