We had a wonderful experience with the Hire a Helper team in Cookeville, TN. This one ...not so much. Two guys did show up and moved stuff for about 20 minutes. Then they took their first of many breaks. One even locked himself in the master bathroom for 15-20 minutes to to take a dump. Then he helped himself to beverages in the refrigerator. After the two hours we contracted for it was obvious that they would not be finished. They said they would finish if we paid them for another hour but we had to pay them cash. We did. We were glad when they left. I would not recommend this company for the Cape Coral, Florida. Find someone else and you will be happier.

I hired 2 movers for 4 hrs to load a moving truck. They came to me about an hour into the job saying they thought they would be done loading before the 4 hrs are up and if they finish early they don’t get paid. So they slowed down and at the end of the 4 hrs left us with a garage full of stuff we had to find last minute help to get this completed. Aldo found multiple areas of damage around doorways and walls.
They said they were subcontracted and work for multiple services.
We needed help and glad we got it done however next time I would look for another service.

Showed up at designated time and were very good with our furniture, some of which were antiques. They put the dining room table together for us, as well. They were so efficient that the job was completed in less than an hour. Any chance of a refund for the second hour?
