First off, Joes did a great job of accommodating us when we had moving truck problems. They did a fabulous job of working with our time frame. The two men who came out to help were great! Never complained and worked hard to get our stuff unloaded. However, the crew was a 2 man crew and should have been a 3 man per the owner. They were unable to finish the job due to time allotted. Will still recommend them for services in the area!

They arrrived on time and had a quick understanding of what needed to be done. I was a little upset about the billing as we asked them to move a couple of couches to another room. He was quick to charge me for another 1/2 hour even though he received a lot of phone calls that he took on our dime. The gentleman who was with him looked to Mr. Garcia for direction so sometimes both would stop working when he got a phone call.

My name is Joe, with Joe's Pack & Move. I had one call and we worked throughout the whole time, we did have to wait for the customer to get us furniture pads and rope to tie down her load. We even swept her dirty truck that she provided. I have over 15 years in the moving business and it just surprises me that customers would move without protecting their furniture. the time we charged for was the time we were on site. once again thanks for the business...jp&m

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Furniture dolly or straps:

we always offer furniture dolley use., (always included, no fee)

Hand tools for assembly:

We offer tools usage on all load and unloads, (upon request, no fee)

Hand truck:

we use on every move, (always included, no fee)

Plastic wrap:

We offer on all loading jobs but wrap is costly so we charge for it., ($30.00/ea.)

Rope:

rope is like wrap. it is needed on all loads., ($15.00/ea.)
