I am so upset I cannot speak. This company should never be allowed to pack someone for moving ever again. And I would suspect they are just as careless when loading a truck. They packed things that were clearly set aside and shown to them by me. I caught one of the boxes, but at least one (a huge box) was packed with things for my estate sale, sealed and placed on the truck the next day. That box contained things that would have made money for me that I will no loger be able to receive and I have all these things I don't need or want in my garage. They also did not use packing paper, bubble wrap, or peanuts to protect the contents of the boxes. They just tossed things not in boxes up on the pile. I believe he goes my Junior, the owner, spent over an hour of my time having his crew move boxes around so it would be easier for the movers. I had plastic storage boxes of art supplies. I had removed and packaged the supplies from about 15 storage boxes into plastic bags and packed them all together in one wardrobe box rather than the many small storage boxes. Then I stacked the storage boxes together and held them with a straps. Junior did something with them because they were not loaded onto the truck and I no longer have them. They were empty, but essential to me upon arrival. I'm having to purchase new ones. Never again.

An hour and a half late. Just 3 kids to unload a 3 bedroom home. Did okay considering the previous loaders did a horrible job. The Pros, in general, I don't believe offer good services or whoever they are I am not actually exactly sure. They send kids with no professionalism, no tools, and no one in charge. They don't even follow safety guidelines or use dollies provided.

These guys were great, we’re flexible with their time when I had some issues with trailer drop off. Came out on a Saturday even though they don’t typically work weekends. Junior and Toby were time efficient and gentle with the items. Definitely would recommend!

I’ve handled it all my favorite moves would be long distance because I get to see new parts of my state places I would never see if I wasn’t a mover.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people and getting that work out from all the heavy lifting.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every week we do routines and find new ways to get around sharp corners and how to be more efficient practice makes perfect!
