Hi, I needed help with packing a 15' u-haul to move my Mom's belongings from NC to NY. Jason and his colleagues showed up a little late due to heavy traffic on Interstate 77 but made short order of the work. They packed the truck in 3 hours with not an inch to spare. Jason and James were FANTASTIC! I can not say enough good things about them. They were on time and worked really hard the ENTIRE time. They were efficient, extremely personable, and great at Tetris. They were also really careful with all of our furniture. I will definitely be using them again. And will ask for them by name. 2 thumbs WAY up!

The packing crew was within their one hour window for arrival. The crew arrived in a car not an official vehicle of any kind, no logo on vehicle, no magnetic sticker on vehicle to indicate AND advertise Harley's. Crew was NOT uniformed as stated. Crew admitted they have not worn uniforms in the year they have been employed. Uniforms are important as neighbors are peering out their windows not knowing what to think of unidentified individuals gong in and out of a house. It also affects marketing efforts. The crew did not work hard. Not enough stuff on the job to work hard - rather they worked diligently. The crew was very respectful to me and of the belongings. They did their job, and really wanted to know when they were getting paid. Crew asked me several times to call or email or text this person and that person to make sure they would get paid. I had already followed protocol and responded to the text sent by Hire-A-Helper indicating response required for payment to be released. Payment was released on time and thru protocol. I prefer a uniformed, background checked, drug tested moving crew. That's just me. Overall B- . I would not recommend unless in a pinch to move quickly.

I had to reschedule with Harleys Logistics and they were extremely flexible. They unloaded two ABF freight trailers with extreme care especially my baby grand piano. The crew was very professional and really knew what they were doing. Worked hard and didnt quit until the job was done. They even came back the next day and set up my piano for me free of charge! Highly recommended great company
