They were an hour late from the window. They didn’t bring any equipment with them because they said that they were told about the move last minute (I booked two weeks prior and called 3 days before to verify). They did not handle my belongings with care so items were tarnished. They finished in an hour (because I let them use my dolley) so they should have taken more time to move items such as my mattress and they could have prevented them from getting so wet in the rain.

I certainly did not get off to the right foot with them as they moved my original time from a morning move to an afternoon and then were late to even the new time set. The did not bring anything with them to help with the move (no hand trucks of their own that I could tell). However! They handled my heavy furniture with ease, did not damage my belongings or any surrounding belongings in the process, and moved very quickly with the time we had. They worked hard to ensure everything fit into the truck properly at the end.
