From a person that has moved a lot in the past decade and have encountered some interesting moving companies (many good, some not meeting my expectations), I must say that this company, Mountain Top Moving is by far the best moving company I have encountered. The two gentlemen, Eric and Dajuan who helped us load our items were truly wonderful!
Even before the moving date, they were responsive, responding to my messages within an hour I reached out days before the move. They also, contacted me half an hour before they arrived to ensure that I was home and ready (they also arrived within the time they had indicated, which I appreciated). Throughout the time they loaded our items into the truck, it was clear hat they were there to work quickly and efficiently, proving there high level of responsibility and professionalism. They did not stop until all items were securely in the truck and they would have finished within the two hour time period, but I had rented a truck that was a bit small and they had to get creative trying to fit all my items in the truck safely. They surpassed my expectations as they even helped me load and secure my motorcycle in the trailer. I was impressed by their professionalism- they were respectful, kind, timely and hardworking. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend it to all people considering their services in the Wichita area. A special thanks to Eric and Dajuan for making this moving experience less stressful and a smooth one!
