Didn't show the when first requested. Came two hours late the next day. Did not have tools to remove refrigerator handles off of door. Left at the door- scratched badly. I told them to stop when I saw that they could not do the job. Demanded pay. It was given since other items were moved.
I have to go out and order new handles and paint to cover the scratches on the side and bottom. Excuses were given when I mentioned the damage. He tried to blame me.

The two man crew came in on time. They did an outstanding job taking care of my household items. I qill refer and use them again.

I asked for two guys (they came with three) even though I was only charged for two. That worked out great since they knocked the job out in no time. Nate worked with me in regards to switching days last minute due to my apartment not being ready on time. They were fast and efficient in regards to loading the truck and unloading the truck since I was only relocating in the same complex. They made sure and took extra care in the new place so as to not scratch the walls or mess up the furniture (as I have some very heavy items). I'd hire these guys again if I were to move.

They arrived after the time frame that I was originally given. However, they did call to advise me that they were running behind and that they were on their way. I was nervous that the items that I had would not fit in the storage bin I had but the gentlemen were able to get all my belongs in the storage bin and I had room to put additional items. The gentlemen were very friendly and I would recommend their services to others.

The two guys, Nate and Aziz, arrived promptly, worked fast and did a great job. They were so conscientious about not wasting time that they refused the coffee and water I offered them until they finished the job, 30 minutes early They were very pleasant, were very careful with our furniture and I would highly recommend them.
