I had a wonderful experience with my movers! Adam from Monster Movers stayed in close contact to make sure I knew everything that was happening. The two guys who came were very nice, careful with my furniture, and very efficient. They got everything done on time, and perfectly to my satisfaction.

After having a horrible experience with another set of movers, Monster Movers made my move so easy. It was a complete relief to find a mover who was so responsive, efficient, and nice!

Moving was easy with the help of Monster Movers. The team arrived on time and were finished in no time. They packed my studio apartment quickly and safely. The whole project was stress free for me from start to finish-definitely worth spending the money to have someone take care of the move and Monster Movers did a great job. I have already recommended them to friends.

The team that was sent to assist with the move was outstanding. I have several stairs besides the ones on the second floor condo of where I lived. We all worked as a team to get the job completed in the four hour time slot that I was booked for. The only concern that I have is that one of my living room tables was damaged. One of the movers attempted to move the furniture piece on his own and dropped the table damaging the leg. I do have to get the leg repaired as it has splintered out. I emailed the manager but did not hear back. This is a cost that I will be adding on to my move. I understand that furniutre gets damaged in the moving process and for the stairs that were involved I am grateful that this was the only piece that was broken. I was satisfied with the staff, and price of the move. Thank you Strong Arm and I would refer your business to future movers.

The two man crew was professional, extremely courteous and very prompt. There was mis-communication on the need for packing five boxes of goods, but they were able to adjust and get the boxes needed, pack the goods carefully and complete the job on time by working quickly. I was very pleased that they adjusted to meet my needs and were willing to get the job done right.
