Movers were scheduled to be there at 1pm-2pm. After 2:30 movers were not there, we tried calling and no answer. We continued calling to no avail finally at about 4pm we reached Corey, who said he'd work on getting someone else. At 5pm with no response from Corey we tried calling 'Hire A Helper" , we had to leave a message after 5 min, then received a call back after 20 min. H A H said they would obtain other movers, we had an alternate mover show up at 7pm. What a stressful afternoon. No more Ross Movers for us.

Verified my move date and time the day before my move. Movers never showed up and never even called me. I was on hold for 20 minutes with a recording before I just hung up. Now they have to pay for my UHaul that I rented.

These guys were great, shiwed up on time and somehow were able to pack all of our stuff into 2 Pods. They loaded a 1200 pound gun safe and an upright piano. They came ready to work and finished about 30 minutes early. We asked for 4 people for 4 hours.

The two gentlemen were very professional and helped us with everything we asked them to move from the truck into the house. They were on time and worked quickly and carefully. Yes, I would definitely use them again!!

Helpful and friendly. Arrived a little late, but called to let me know. I would give them 5 stars but there was a small ding left when they moved my armoire and I'm waiting to see how my belongings are once they are unpacked. But they definitely maximized the space of the pod!

Cory was excellent! He worked diligently from start to finish. He was courteous and positive. Would highly recommend him!! Arrived on time, worked hard, polite, respectful of our possessions and went the extra mike to take off a door and put it back on. Came with his own tools and hand truck. Just excellent.
