Royal movers was on time & they were prepared. However, one of the mover kept using/playing with his phone; he could hardly stay focused on moving. The two movers were lazy and they looked like little kids from the hood. The Owner of Royal movers would not wait on hirea helper.com to release the money the proper way. Instead, he call the company and he demanded that I tell hire a helper.com to release the funds at that very moment . I would never use these kids at Royal movers again to move my furniture.

Fantastic team! The were so efficient they packed our entire 26 ft truck in 3 hours and everything was neatly arranged. The guys were very professional and very nice. They showed up on time and ready to work. Would absolutely recommended!

These guys were great! I could not have been happier with Royal Movers. My stuff was shipped to my new place in a U-Pack trailer that I hired Royal Movers to unload. When the U-pack driver delivered the trailer, he drove it into a ditch, causing all of my belongings to become a potential avalanche of stuff held up behind a pair of tie-downs. This was the nightmare that the 2 men from Royal Movers entered into, and they dealt with it beautifully. The situation was quite hazardous, but they were attentive both to their own safety and to the safety of my belongings. I was incredibly impressed. Because of the trickiness of the situation, the move took an hour longer than expected, and the 2 men were able to stay to finish the job. I would absolutely use them again, and I absolutely recommend them. They arrived on time, worked at a good pace, and were very courteous and considerate toward both me and my belongings. I am very grateful for the level of service and attentiveness that Rick and his partner provided.

These guys helped us to unload a big haul truck from parking lot to the ground level with two short flights of stairs on a Sunday morning. They were very efficient, unloaded all in two hours, with only several boxes upside down. One of their leading movers is especially professional and caring. Great helper for the price they charge.
