Angel was very communicative from calling me a few days before my move to a few hours to ensure he was there exactly when I needed him and his helper. They were fast, friendly and professional. Give these guys a shot they won’t disappoint you!

Hired two helpers to help me pack. did not follow directions, packed fragile and breakable items without wrapping or padding and placed them in same box with heavy pots and pans! missed areas that they were asked to pack, and packed things there were not asked to pack. two boxes full of broken items, and an additional hour paid to movers so I could pack the items that they missed. will not hire again.

Initially, I thought they were great. They were polite, and I was impressed by how fast they were moving. Unfortunately, they were so fast that they carelessly left one of my boxes by the elevator on the 3rd floor. As I usually take the stairs, I didn't notice this box was missing until the next morning when I was looking for the sugar inside. Yes, this box was filled with food items, mainly spices and cooking/baking materials. To make matters worse, they had placed the box on its side, causing cooking oil and box carton soup to burst and spill all over everything. I had to throw away all items that were soaked as well as any food items that were opened (due to bugs possibly contaminating the items from being outside for 24 hours as my building is not fully indoors). This blunder will likely cost me $60-$70 to replace all the spices and food items in that box.
