The thinner guy started swearing and saying things couldn't be done and was standing around and on the phone a lot. The owner and one person kept working, while the thinner guy was sitting around and on the phone. The thinner guy mostly wanted to argue about everything. For the two guys they were very helpful, courteous, professional. At my destination there was lots of damage, torn mattresses, scratched and broken washer, chunks of wood scratched out of entertainment center. The two main guys were great, the thinner guy I would not recommend ever in any moving service. I would've recommend this mover and gave them a high rating until I saw how they packed the truck at my destination.
