I did try to confirm with the hireahelper.com dispatcher that the movers could communicate and follow instructions to assemble desks at our new location. The dispatcher assured me that they could. Well, they could NOT. Not only…read more did they take over 1.5 hours to finish assembling 1 desk, they did NOT follow the instructions and damaged it. They also did not know how to move filing cabinets and marred up the carpet. Lastly, they said they could not leave until I released payment, and finally, I told them they had to go and that I would take it up with hireahelper. Thankfully, we were able to secure the services of a much more professional moving company and they were able to assemble all the desks, move all the cabinets, and disassemble some additional conference room furniture in less than 2 hours.
