First, I did not select this company, but they were the only ones available for a last minute job. I did try to confirm with the hireahelper.com dispatcher that the movers could communicate and follow instructions to assemble desks at our new location. The dispatcher assured me that they could. Well, they could NOT. Not only did they take over 1.5 hours to finish assembling 1 desk, they did NOT follow the instructions and damaged it. They also did not know how to move filing cabinets and marred up the carpet. Lastly, they said they could not leave until I released payment, and finally, I told them they had to go and that I would take it up with hireahelper. Thankfully, we were able to secure the services of a much more professional moving company and they were able to assemble all the desks, move all the cabinets, and disassemble some additional conference room furniture in less than 2 hours.

We needed someone to help us move a bookcase at the last minute 2 days before Christmas. We were stressed out and even second guessing if this beast of a bookcase was going to be moved up 5 flights of stairs. Jorge and his helper were very helpful and quick. They were also very careful with handling the bookcase. I would recommend this company and I would call them again if needed. All my stress was relieved. Thanks.

Not happy with their service one bit. I had to moniter every moment and they stood around most of the time. the things the did move they dragged my brand new couch is ruined with black scuff marks everywhere .. i have sat on the couch less than five times since i bought it . . my mattress looks like they dragged it through some motor oil as well. The original movers never called so Hire a helper founds someone else i guess i should have gone back and read some reviews before i agreed. I couldn't wait for them to leave.. they were nice enough but not anyone i would ever ever hire to help me move .. would not recommend them one bit

Jorge was very helpful and considerate. My previously scheduled helper didn't show the day before and Jorge was nice enough to come out Monday night.

Jorge and the guys were INCREDIBLE!!! We moved everything in less than 2 hours and that included using rope to get the sofa and mattress up over the balcony. I would definitely recommend them if you are moving.

Our helpers were wonderful. They were friendly, and packed the u-haul truck to fit everything. In fact we had to pack more stuff in boxes because we had more room in the u-haul than we had expected. Would absolutely recommend this company. Good job guys! Thank you so much!

Both Jorge and Willy were great! Theyed showed up on time and were eager to work! They did an excellent job carefully carrying some heavy and bulky furniture up a flight of stairs with out doing any damage to the furniture or the walls of the house.
