They were late and EXCEPTIONALLY slow! The driver told me they didn't have another job after mine so I'm sure this is why they took twice the time quoted or that it should have taken to…read more load up minimal furniture for a two mile trip. The driver even disappeared for about an hour (break on my time?) while other guy took his time moving literally a box or two at a time during that period. When I moved to this townhouse from a house (not apt) in Redondo Beach to Toluca Lake, it was two men twice the ages of these "kids" and they hauled butt, getting loaded in barely 1.5 hours, drove to Toluca Lake 45 mins, went up and down the same stairs these two kids complained about (was in my description I was quoted for under $300), and had me unloaded in 1.5 hours and on their way to their next job. I am sure that the LA Center movers took their time because they had no other jobs lined up and wanted to milk me whining that the stairs took along time and waiting for the elevator in my new building in NoHo took a long time. I was RIPPED OFF on purpose buy these two being deliberately slow! I believe my two brothers with a rented truck could have done this job in 3 hours but wanted to spare them so I hired these guys. WHAT A MISTAKE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AND FEEL I WAS LITERALLY TAKEN FOR A RIDE!! Show Response

They also packed the storage space terribly with little regard for space or property. Thankfully, the work performed by LA Moving Center was light years ahead by all measures. Mikhail is a WIZARD when it comes to the most space efficient and property conscious way to load and organize a truck and storage unit. Despite moving to a smaller unit, I have empty, usable space where before there was none. Teamwork, experience and pride in a job well done are all marks of the best companies, a group I would place LA Moving Center in without hesitation.
