We provide all moving equipment to our customers for free. It's included the free usage of our wardrobe-boxes, boxes, and moving blankets as well as free usage of plastic wrap, bubble wrap, and tape. Everything is already included in our basic hourly charge.

They arrived at 2:30 and by the time they arrived we had already started stretch wrapping our furniture, and everything was ready to be wrapped in furniture pads and go. All together it took them about 2 and half hours to move our furniture (including 20 min drive time), though they looked a bit tired after their morning jobs. Everything went fine, just a couple of very minor bumps of the furniture here and there, but I asked them to use furniture pads liberally, and bumps do normally happen when moving large pieces of furniture through tight doorways. Overall we had a great experience, and they were reasonable in authorizing hireahelper.com to refund an hour's worth on my request.

The team arrived on time, went straight to work, they packed everything with minimum direction and loaded the truck quickly, ahead of our 4 hour projection by over an hour, truly amazing! When the truck arrived at our destination, everything was unloaded with the same care as before. The furniture was unpacked and placed where we designated, the Wardrobe boxes were unpacked as were the book boxes in their same efficient manner. Because Ivan uses his brains to move there was not much waste and the empty boxes were removed upon their departure. Again Ivan and his team were ahead of schedule by over an hour, they offered to unpack the remaining boxes, which were few but were items we wanted to unpack. Thank you Ivan and your team for your invaluable assistance in our transition to senior housing!

Their prices are reasonable and they moved our stuff so efficiently we were able to focus on unpacking as the boxes arrived instead of letting them pile up and getting overwhelmed.

I scheduled the movers for a 2-men, 3-hour timeframe for my very small studio apartment (mostly boxes). The moving distance was about 1 hour. They took a total of 4 hours for my move. I felt they could have moved a little faster and made it within the 3-hour timeframe but with that being said, they really did do a wonderful job and were very careful and neat. Would use again!
