They were also very accomodating, scheduling our job on very short notice. The not-so-good: they were a little too efficient. I think there must be a better balance between efficient and too speedy. We were a small job (under 2 hour…read mores) but were fine with paying for 2hrs. After they left, we noticed several deep, long gouges in our stair railings and many scratches on the walls. I think when on small jobs it would be nice to slow down enough to avoid inflicting unnecessary damage to a home.
