They did arrive within the one hour window given. They worked very hard and were respectful of our property. I would definitely use them again. My only complaint would be that they did not arrive with the proper tools to assemble beds and other furniture, which I had requested. I don't really think it was the helper's fault. I would use them again. Very friendly and helpful.
