We bring Professional Movers, dollies, tools, straps, and furniture pads to every move. We blanket wrap all wooden furniture, disassemble and reassemble bed frames and mirrors from dressers. We can also disconnect and reconnect washer and dryers, aswell as rearrange furniture how ever you please. All of our team members are efficient, careful, and kind. They arrived early but didn't start their time until we were ready. Very professional, was able to finish our 2 bed 2 bath on a third floor with no elevator in 2 hours with 2 helpers. Great job, would recommend!

Did not bring blankets. Refused to use blankets initially after I offered to purchase them. Took 1+ hour per room (one one dresser / one bed). Complete disaster. HireAHelper customer service went MIA. What a joke.
Again I am really sorry that we were unable to work to your satisfaction. I wish you much luck in your location. You are given instructions upon booking your move what the insurance requirements are and they tell you up front blankets are your responsibility

We are very happy with the New Home Moving Service. We had the window to start between 3 and 4 PM. About 3:15 the 2 people from the moving company were already working and they never stopped till finish. Not just hard workers but very polite and quiet . They aranged the truck like a puzzle making espace for everything... was a very good experience and we really recomende them.

They did fill the POD to every space, however, the POD we received was smaller than needed (issue w PODS not Hire a Helper) so I don’t know if it was the space isssue or otherwise, but the helpers were very slow! We were expecting maybe 5-6 hours total at max especially considering my husband and 2 friends were helping, but it took them 9 hours!! Additionally, I received notification on day of move 5/12 with a receipt of full payment and now on 6/12 1 month later I’m being called without reference # or even confirmation of my name or address for additional payment. What’s even more strange is the amount differs $450 charged different than the original amount on the estimate and the authorized additional funds. Total was $810! Today I was called for the additional funds 1 month later. Honestly, they were quite nice but in the end if I ever have to move again, I wouldn’t use the service again.
Also as far as charges to your card we don’t why you were charged a whole month later we have nothing to do with that process hire a helper handles that part
