Joe and Tyler were great. They were on time, called me 15 minutes in advance to give me a heads up, and got straight to work. They were personable, easy-going and everything got moved without an issue. The price was also way more affordable than some other quotes I got. I would recommend them for sure!

They were close to on time. They were prepared. They were the slowest movers I’ve ever had. Talked the first 1.5 hours about sports. Really paced themselves. I started carrying stuff out and told them to just get it all out and I’d have to complete the packing. They sped up a bit. I know it was all stairs. But young guys should be able to move faster than me. I started packing the pod until I could see I did not have the expertise to get it all in. I said I can’t get it all in here so do the extra hour. I had to pay for 1.5 over with me working. They were respectful. His rope tying at the end didn’t work, a chair fell on my head when I tried to straighten the tv to fit the item I told them about in the spot they left me. It wouldn’t fit. I would not recommend them. I’ve packed and had packed 3 pods. I know what it should’ve been like.

They arrived on time and were careful unloading the Pod. We have opened numerous boxes and have not found any damaged items. It took slightly longer than planned because they had to walk to reach our front door. They were located items to the appropriate rooms. They did a good job!

They were not on time.
Somewhat prepared for the job. They worked at a steady pace. I would but being handicapped I could not monitor the Apt. They were moving my things too.
And they blocked my entrance to my bedroom and bathroom. And we're in a hurry to leave to go to another job. Leaving me with
a unorganized and also no room to move around being handicapped. Was not pleased. They never asked to stay and help fix it. Because they had another job.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect a call from one of our booking agents to confirm the move and go over additional details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect a call from the crew lead an hour prior from the arrival window to confirm the move. Once the crew arrives, they will do a walk thru to ensure the move is completed in an efficient manner and will stay until excused from the customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible it is best to plan accordingly. Have furniture pads, stretch wrap and straps/rope ready for the movers to use if you are providing. Book elevators in advance so the movers don't have to wait.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled, local, long distance and office moves in the past.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making the customer's life as easy as possible. We pride ourselves in being able to provide premium moving services to all of our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We undergo 2 weeks of training where we will put a trainee with an experienced crew lead before being trusted to work alongside another individual.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
