Our move was on a Sunday morning and our time frame was 9am - 10am. I was pleasantly pleased when the guys from Focus Movers Relocation Service arrived at 9am. Our time was not wasted having to wait around for them to arrive. We had 2 guys for 3 hours and David and Fred were great. We were moving furniture, some very heavy and some with glass. We loaded up a dining room, living room and many misc furniture pieces from one house and had to delivery the furniture to two different homes. The guys were very thoughtful as to how they were going to move, load and unload the furniture. There were no mishaps and nothing broken. I would recommend them.

Focus saved the day after BAC movers cancelled the day and time they were to show up and pack us up! The 2 individuals who helped us pack our POD did a great job. I'd recommend FOCUS movers to everyone, even tho I've only had one experience with them. I'll have more data when I reach out to have them unpack our POD, and pick up more house hold stuff in two near B'more locations, and move that into our home in the third week of June. They were on time, prepared, they worked hard and respectful. I hope everyone considers tipping.....these two deserved a generous tip and the got it.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Any client that books with Focus Movers will get a high class Moving experience just as all of our current clients do. We are close to a 5 Star rating for a reason and we will continue to be as such.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your Moving day expect a call a half hour to 45 minutes before our arrival and also please expect to just relax. We will take care of it all. Our professional crew has the skill and knowledge to handle it all.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please prepare for your Moving day by having everything packed and ready to go. We offer packing help too at no additional cost. The more you have done the faster we can do what is neded.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all. We currently have State Jobs , we handle commercial and residential moves too. There is nothing in this industry that we have not tackled.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being movers is the excitement of seeing our hard work pay off which normally ends with a smile and a 5 Star Rating.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We offer 1st class training to all of our crew members. Each member is a full time staffed employee and also has 3 years minimum experience in the Moving industry . (No Day Laborers Here) this is our life.
