This was very last minute, but they said they were available. I did get a call from them, and they said they would be there in an hour. A hour and half later, I called and only got VM. I called again 3 times, and all I ever got was VM. There was no call to cancel or let me know what was going on.
I ended up moving with only 1 friend and a roommate to help. I don't know that friend will stay friends with me, as it ended up being a very long, painful move with so few people.
I would never use this company in the future, nor can I recommend them, as they never gave a reason for their actions and left me in a bind.
