They showed on time, but were very sloppy with furniture. Scratched my wood floor, banged into walls and messed up
My washing machine. I paid for 5 hours and it only took 2.5 hours. When asked to refund some money they refused.
We take all claims of property damage seriously. However, after reviewing the move with our crew, we found no reports of damage to walls, flooring, or appliances during the service. If any damage had occurred, we would have appreciated the opportunity to inspect and address it at the time of the move.
Regarding the charges, our services are billed based on the agreed-upon minimum service requirements and reserved crew time. While the move was completed faster than expected, the charges were consistent with the terms agreed upon prior to the move.
