One man was on time, one was an hour late. My husband worked with one to start the moving process for an hour. When the second gentleman showed, my husband took the dogs for a walk. We were charged an additional $120.00 for the extra time it took the two men to pack the POD, but what if both had shown on time? Would two experienced movers have taken as much time as it did with my husband helping one?
When he opened the pods again to add some things, he had to repack most of the furniture. Outdoor furniture had been placed on indoor furniture. The dirty, wrought iron legs of my patio furniture was placed on my new indoor, leather furniture. My bed frame was placed, uncovered against a 2x4 in the pod structure. Any jostling at all would have scarred up the bed frame.
I will not use this company for unloading the PODS.

Got off to a late start with a few helpers but Bellhops compensated for that. All four guys very energetic and careful. Got everything unloaded on time. Bellhops has great communication and customer service and made sure I was taken care of. I would recommend Bellhops to anyone needing help with moving stuff.

Bellhops was spot-on with punctuality, preparation, service, and performance. I especially appreciated that they called me an hour before their arrival to discuss the possibility of inclement weather. Luckily, it turned out to be a nonissue and the unloading of our furniture and personal belongings went smoothly. The young men were super nice and hardworking, and they even helped me assemble some of my furniture pieces after they completed the unloading task. I would definitely use them again! Oh, and someone from the Bellhops corporate office popped by our home with Bellhops' t-shirts and some golf balls for our son who is an avid golfer. How cool is that?

Fine group of helpers! On time, ready to go, hard workers that were very polite and respectful of our property. We thought they went above and beyond what we expected after a very bad experience with the Springtown Movers in St. Joseph Mo.

My helper came ready to start helping. He never stopped even with two flights of stairs in the heat. He was a hard worker and easy to get along with. Very personable. I'd recommend him to anyone needing an extra two hands for their move.
