We just had an excellent experience with Bellhops. We hired them to unload the heaviest of our furniture and boxes from our truck after our long move to Harrisonburg from Florida. Booking the service was easy, the company kept in touch as our service day approached, and I received a call from one of our assigned Bellhops, Jacob, the day before just to confirm. Jacob and Clay arrived on time, worked quickly, were friendly and fun to deal with, and they were done well within the timeframe we'd booked them for. It was an overall easy, professional, and even enjoyable experience to cap off a long and exhausting move. Highly recommended.

Thank you bellhops Ausdin and Gabe. Top notch work top quality labor listened well, knew enough to protect my belongings but kept my ideas in highest regard, never contradicting but helping always moving, nobody stopped to text their lady or browse the social media pages. Greatest assets was preparedness both men brought that he vehicles and wee ready to load them to help. That's just smart all around. Beyond good in fact the best help I've had in over 5 years working internationally transporting goods across oceans and over continents. 100% satisfied, This review is only for bellhops guys, I hope you didn't get ripped off by this third party company that did nothing but link me to your bosses, on to you corporate types bellhops good screening these gentlemen were a perfect fit and I would request their help again if Louisville is my next move. I hope you are taking care of them appropriately.

The workers who served me were wonderful, but there were some problems with the entire transaction. I had requested 2 workers for 2 hours to unload a PODS at my new house.
The day before my move I got an email confirming my address and time of the move. Problem #1 was that the email listed my address in Bloomington IN, but I live in Bloomington MN. I made a call and was assured it would be sorted out.
The morning of my move I got a call at 7:30 am to say my movers were at my address waiting on me. My service was scheduled for 8:00. Their records said 7:00. I explained this to the caller and also mentioned the mix-up about which state I lived in from the day before. When I got to the address 10 minutes later, there were no workers waiting. Another call produced a Bellhop at 8:40.
Problem#3 was that I had requested 2 workers, and only one showed up. His name is Ben and he is wonderful. He was friendly, polite and a very hard worker. He and I worked together and got most of my job done, but there were a few heavy items left that I could not handle with Ben's help. After several texts via Ben and 3 phone calls to the toll-free number, I was old they could get 2 more workers to my place to handle the few remaining heavy items, but not until 5:00pm.
At this point, Luke from Bellhops told me my move would be free. Everyone was very apologetic and very professional and I Think they handled a messy situation very well.
Because of the quality of the workers who came to help me, I would use this service again. All the men were very nice, clean, polite and professional.

Chris and Max did a great job with some awkward furniture and were very accommodating when the loading took longer than expected. They knew how to pack the truck so that boxes and furniture wouldn't shift. Great job, highly recommended.

Joey and Alvin were on time, friendly, enthusiastic and efficient. Did a great job navigating a 5th floor apartment move-in with some heavy items around tight corners, elevator, etc. They were very respectful, knowledgable about moving techniques, and not a single thing was damaged. Finished in under the estimated time and were fun to work with. I would definitely recommend them or use them again for my next move.
