Johnny and Jerome were hard workers. Did not slack at all. They were on time, prepared for the job, and courteous.

They were 2 hours late. They did not seem experienced because they left large pieces of furniture out of a 15 ft truck that has always been able to hold my furniture. Lady in charge just said you'll have to get another truck. Took them very long to pack. Guys did work hard but didn't know how to load the truck. Worst experience I've had in my lifetime of moving. I went the cheaper route and it ended up causing us extra days of moving and expense. Hard Lesson and unnecessary.
