The two arrived on time and immediately went to work. They were both efficient and professional. They really seemed to care about doing a good job and were careful of my possessions. I have had professional movers in past moves and I would match A1 Loyalty Movers against any of them and in most cases A1 would win. Do not hesitate to call them. You will be glad you did!

Not only would I recommend A1 movers, I would use them again. I was moving from Phoenix to Houston and coordinating the arrival time of my household goods and A1 to help me was my biggest concern. Larry went above and beyond making sure a crew was available for me when my furniture arrived. As soon as I informed Larry when I would need him, his crew was there. They were professional, worked very hard to get my stuff to the 4th floor, something I would not have been able to accomplish. When I inquired if they could assemble my King size mattress and frame they were happy to oblige. I am from a military family and have moved multiple times, including international. A1 is by far the best moving experience I have had. They got the job done and done well. Thank you.

I moved someone else and didn't know exactly what or how much there was to move when I reserved A1 Loyalty. I told Larry this. He called me to let me know they were on the way. They found the hard to find place and were there early. Almost everything they had to move was tool or equipment related and heavy. The moving van didn't have a ramp. I was stressed. Larry was calm, he looked at everything and told me they could handle it and not to worry. They are strong men. They worked hard. They loaded the truck so nothing would shift. I had a couple hour drive. At the other end nothing was broken. They moved everything quickly. They didn't take up the minimum time frame but I was happy to pay their rate and add on a tip. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend them. Prompt, professional, capable and calm.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking, we will provide you with a detailed itinerary of our services and ensure that we have all the necessary information to execute the move smoothly. Our team of experienced movers will arrive promptly on the day of the move, equipped with all the necessary tools and supplies. We will handle your belongings with care and ensure that they are safely transported to your new location. If there are any unexpected situations or last-minute changes, we will work with you to find the best solution.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
. Our team will take extra care with fragile items and ensure they are properly wrapped and secured during transport. We will also provide any necessary disassembly/reassembly of items, as well as placement of items in your new location. Throughout the process, our team will communicate with you and address any concerns or questions you may have. Our goal is to make your moving day as stress-free and efficient as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Label all boxes clearly with their contents and the room they belong in. This will help your movers (or yourself) to quickly deliver the boxes to the appropriate room. Additionally, make sure furniture is disassembled as much as possible. Remove drawers and shelves, unscrew legs, and pack any loose pieces in labeled boxes or bags. It's also a good idea to have all your moving supplies (packing tape, bubble wrap, and scissors) in a designated area, so they are easily accessible when needed.
