Passing the buck on broken items. Would not recommend.

Thanks for using other service. Let’s address the damaged tv first. You had your own boxes. The crew leader was preparing the tv to be boxed. You decided you were going to help him. As you picked it up on your side you tried to turn the tv flat in the air to put it in the box . The crew leader advised you not to do that and as you were putting the tv in the box you dropped the tv against the wall and said oh….. The crew leader told you at that time hey that was a pretty hard hit and it might have damaged the screen. You said no it will be fine and at the unload by yourself you laid it flat screen side down on the ground. Then put it upright plugged in saw the cracked screen and said we’re going to need to pay for it bc we have insurance. You set up through hireahelper. What we said was you pick your coverage through them and you need to discuss the situation with them. People have insurance on cars but when you hit them do they say oh let me cover it on my insurance?

3 hours late, wasn't equipped for the job, they damaged kitchen wall with refrigerator in new house and overall unprofessional. Don't reccomend.

Mover's response:

You booked this job on a date that we did not have the open availability on your preferred start time and I said I could do it but you need to be patient with the arrival time because we are fitting you in our schedule your window time was 9 to 10 and we arrived on scene at 11:30 . You had us move a hot tub that you were not charged for and we brought that equipment with us for free. We asked you the day before the move if you needed any pictures TV boxes mattress covers or boxes for glass and you said no. So the day of the move came and you wanted to move a 4 piece glass TV stand and just carry down stairs and we made you sign a waiver. We brought every single piece of equipment that was needed for the job except for the things you told us no about. You proceeded to move the furniture with the guys aggressively pushing the furniture around. At one point in time you pushed The hot tub off of our spa mover and made our lead guy fall down and almost got him hurt. while we were slowly putting The fridge in place you pushed it against the wall and caused the damage yourself. You also signed a waiver because you did not want anything blanket in shrink-wrapped. You signed up for 2 1/2 hours and we stayed for almost 5 1/2 hours. You were being so disrespectful to our guys and yet they still tried to help you the best they could. In the end I wish we didn’t accept the job or allow you to go over the time and continually helping you. You put us in a very unsafe environment and I wish that no one.

Randal and Jake were the absolute best. Their personalities sold it for me. They were professional and very efficient I would absolutely recommend this company and the 2 movers I had. Will definitely be using them in the future for all future moves. Thank You for your service.

Helpers were nice guys but they seemed to be wasting time while doing the job. I am not sure it's the way they usually do. They walked slowly. Took time in the toilet etc. However, they were pretty friendly. There were three guys come and helped me to move my stuff from pods into the house. There was one that didn't care much about my stuff. There were some glass cover for my lamp in a moving blank it and he just threw the whole blanket on the floor without opening and looking to see what was inside. That ended up one of the cover shattered. They also broke one of my glass vase. But that was just an accident and they already tried their best. I didn't want to report all of these because the insurance would pay based on the weight of the items (I think 60 cents/lb. Eventually, they finished the task. I was not very satisfied because of their slowness and disrespectful to my stuff. I won't use them again and not recommended to anyone.

We will reach out to provide you excellent service from start to finish. We will listen to your needs and act to get your move taken care of as smooth as possible

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We will call/text you in route to your location, set home protection down to ensure no damage to property. Disassemble your furniture/appliances. Blanket and shrink wrap them, load/unload, and full set up

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Make sure if we need to bring any packing materials for tvs, lamps, glass tops, pictures/mirrors, or mattress covers. If not have everything off the tops of furniture. Put all important documents, money, jewelry in your car prior to our arrival, Put all personal items you want to move in one location/area

What types of moves have you handled?

What training do you provide your crew members?

12 hours of packing with trainer, 12 hours of prepping furniture, and 6months minimum before they can become a driver/crew leader. Most of our crew leaders have been with us 5-10years.
