They arrived on time and were very helpful, professional and polite. My needs changed right before the move date and they were so accommodating. They were going to do anything they could to get the job done for me that day. They gave me the information of the U haul place close to my home so I didn't have to even look up that information. That helped reduce my stress level. They worked hard and they were quicker than I had expected. If you ever need help I'd recommend Hire A Helper!

Our two helpers arrived on time. They introduced themselves, were very courteous, polite and professional. We offered to help but they insisted on doing their job. They were very concerned about our furniture and boxes and took time to take care so no damage was done. Our job was the last of the day for them. Even thought they were very tired, they still did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

The movers were scheduled to arrive at 4 pm. They arrived at 4:45 pm. No phone call - even though I called numerous times. When they finally arrived they announced that they had stopped to eat.
They dinged the front door and entry railing which they denied. This is a brand new house - I know what was done.
I would not request these particular movers again. The company itself may be good but I was not impressed with the movers sent to do my job.

My husband and I decided to hire some movers to pack our storage pod for our long distance move. I was a little hesitant about hiring someone to move and pack all our belongings. The two young men that showed up were wonderful! They worked hard and took care in moving our stuff. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again with no hesitation.

Great Guys, Arrived On Time, very professional, provided instructions what items were to be moved, and less than two hours totally emptied furniture and boxes of a four bedroom home, attic, and basement. Outstanding Service. The home office was a pleasure to work with, very nice, easy payment no issues. Amazed, one of the first companies we've dealt with in a LONG time that get's the job done, professionally, and quick. Recommended to several family and friends down sizing their parents and their homes too. Highly recommend...they get the job done...as my Dad said old fashion customer service.

John and Kendall arrived on time, worked very hard for 2.5 hours on a very hot day and packed out POD very efficiently. They took care with our furniture and padded and wrapped everything quite well. We will definitely request them again when we return the POD after our renovation.
